Terms of Service

The service

SmartRoster AI is a workforce rostering platform — a web portal and the SmartRosterAI mobile app — operated by Globocon Software. Organisations use it to roster staff, record attendance, manage leave and requests, communicate with their workforce and prepare payroll.

Accounts

• Your organisation creates and approves accounts. Keep your password private, and tell your administrator immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Attendance actions — check-in, check-out, trips, notes — become part of your organisation's employment records, so record them honestly.

Acceptable use

• Use SmartRoster for your organisation's workforce management.
• Don't access another organisation's data or another person's account, and don't probe, disable or overload the service.
• Don't misrepresent your location or falsify attendance or travel records.
• Workplace chat is part of the workplace: no unlawful, harassing or abusive content.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we handle it. Your organisation controls its workforce data and is responsible for its own employment-law and record-keeping obligations.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but provide it "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be withdrawn. Review rostering and payroll outputs before relying on them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Globocon Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

Your organisation's administrator can deactivate accounts at any time. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service.
